Une intervention chirurgicale sur trois mois pour un moment à enjeu précis — prise de parole devant les actionnaires, annonce d'une restructuration, transition de leadership, ou gestion d'une crise médiatique. Six sessions de travail en profondeur, une répétition générale en conditions réelles si nécessaire, et un accès direct tout au long du mandat.

It requires learning how to be ourselves in a world that often encourages to become someone else. It also requires developing the inner capacity — emotionally, mentally, and physiologically — to carry the weight of our own vision.
