I was born in Belgium. Both my parents originating from Tunisia. Apparently, from a very young age, I wouldn’t stop speaking and I knew how to make sure I’d get noticed and get what I want haha.

Early on, my parents enrolled me in music lessons and all types of courses related to music: singing, dancing, playing instruments. I played the violin 5 years, the guitar 5 years and later on the piano as well.

At 15 years old, I auditioned for a musical, got in and started acting & singing on stage. 10 years down the line, I had performed in front of +50.000 people.

In parallel of my artistic passions, I was always a good student at school. At the age of 17, I got interested in Economics & Business and created my first mini-company. Though it was a simulation for school, we had real shareholders that paid real money, real products we made and sold ourselves. We paid taxes, salaries and social contributions. And reported accounts to the shareholders at the end of year. That is one of the greatest experience one can get as a student. From then on, I knew I loved doing business as well as creating products & managing teams in general !

At University, I chose to study Economics & Management. Not only did I love my studies, but I was also extremely active in various side hustles & activities, such as Junior Enterprises, National & International Business Games, etc.

My Master’s Degree granted me the possibility to study International Management more specifically. From then on, I travelled, studied, worked and lived in 5 different countries - starting with Luxembourg, Czech Republic, Chile, followed later on by Germany and then back to Belgium.

Enough is enough - I couldn’t help myself anymore. I had to and wanted to launch as well ! But in what ?

And that’s when it clicked. As I had been organising and moderating a large 6-days online & offline event about entrepreneurship, people got to me and telling how good I was at this exercise. I was enjoying it very much too: combining the excitement of being on stage or on camera with the relevance of discussing a whole variety a business-related topics. I loved it !

And so it happened: the merging of my passion for performing arts, combined with my business acumen gave birth to Public Speaking (in a professional context).

2017

2021

Collage of two images featuring a woman. Left image shows her portrait with text in French, including the name "Emna Chaouch" and a note about operations management, on a red background. Right image shows her energetically posing in front of a banner about entrepreneurship.

I’ve spent four years in Düsseldorf, Germany - as International Brand Manager at Henkel & Schwarzkopf. It was the best time of my life professionally speaking. I got the great chance to work twice on launching a new brand on the market. From idea to launch, we go through market studies, presentations to the board, testing R&D formulas, packagings, working with design agencies, collaborating with influencers to deliver amazing advertising campaigns, setting prices and rolling-out to various countries across different continents. That was the real intrapreneurship experience !

Back in Belgium - happy to find my loved ones again as well as my dear country. I started working in a start-up (which wasn’t really a start-up but it was a small team where we were 3) that aimed at providing a bunch of training & resources for anyone desiring to become an entrepreneur - whatever form this may take (freelancer, start-up, scale-up) and whichever sector. That was a great opportunity to re-create a network in Belgium - from politicians to numerous experts in various fields related to entrepreneurship.

Collage of two images: one shows people posing on the TEDxBrussels stage with a banner saying "TEDx Brussels is Back," dated 14.05.22. The other image displays a woman speaking energetically to a group in a casual setting.

2023

2024

Collage with a virtual meeting screen showing multiple participants, text about a powerful women's movement, and an image from a Tony Robbins event titled 'The Power of Momentum', along with a handwritten style text that says 'Imported from the US.'

2025

Collage featuring a person taking a mirror selfie in a gym bathroom, wearing athletic gear with a cap, and an outdoor patio area with a table and chairs. Text reads 'New Year, New Me.'

The first year took off pretty quickly. I would support companies in the animation of their webinars, round tables, panels, fairs,… Everything has to be done: creating offers, setting prices, figuring out how to create the market for what I would like to offer and see value in, contacting the clients, sending the invoices, understanding all the admin & accounting, taxes, posting on social media, creating the website, etc. Soon enough, I was already burned out. Pause.

In the first one or two years, everything I earned would be re-invested into crafting a website, equipping myself with the right tools - but most importantly investing in myself and investing in top-notch high-level quality coaching from the US. That changed everything. Starting with the mindset.

A significant and important spiritual journey behind me, combined with the experience and the successes already acquired from the past, and a strong new mindset & physical condition to support me, I would now be unstoppable. Not only did I get my dream apartment/house in Belgium, near my family and dear friends, but also I found balance & harmony in my life, all while running a whole-hearted, passion-driven, soul-aligned business that generates 200K€ + each year. And that my friend, is all I wish for you. God is good. Gratitude & Lovingness !
